College days are full of classes, friends and fun! For the MidAmerica Nazarene University students they are also full of service.  Thanks to the MNU football program and Coach Brian Wilmer, his team is getting out there and making a difference!  Recognizing their position both on and off the field,  as role models to young people in their community, junior and senior football players along with some friends from other MNU sports are giving their time to KidsTLC. After weights in the morning, one or two classes, a little lunch and maybe even a nap – players arrive on our campus to share their time and compassion with our kids.  For our younger kids, it might be the sheer size or even playfulness that draws them in. For our older kids, its healthy competition or a chance to see what “could be” for them in the future. Either way it’s game time – lots of air hockey, ping pong, rock wall climbing, pop a shot and maybe even a little Twister on the floor.  No matter the game – the goal is the same – positive young adults spending time with our kids! Thanks so much to the coaching staff and players at MNU for rallying the team around our kids!
