The Trellis Center at KidsTLC offers a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team assessment as well as single specialization assessments to identify your child’s needs in the areas of social behavior, language and communication, fine and gross motor functioning, sensory needs and academic and adaptive functioning.

We offer services to children and their families with a variety developmental diagnoses, not just autism!
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
ABA is the use of evidence-based techniques and principles to bring about meaningful and positive change in behavior. This class of intervention includes techniques such as prompting, shaping, differential reinforcement and chaining. ABA services include center-based services for children ages 18 months to 14 years. If seeking services through insurance, an Autism diagnosis is required. All services are provided 1:1, ensuring your child always remains the primary focus. Services are highly individualized to the specific needs of each child, with goals created in collaboration with the child and family. Goals may target a variety of domains, such as communication, self-help/adaptive, motor, community/safety, feeding, social, pre-academic skills, emotional regulation, behavior, and more.

Speech & Language Services
Communication can significantly improve meaningful connections. The Trellis Center at KidsTLC offers outpatient assessments, as well as individual and group speech therapy services for clients between the ages of 18 months to 14 years of age. Click here to learn more.

Improving everyday skills may allow children to participate in a broader range of activities and become more independent. Payment Options
ABA/Autism Services
KidsTLC Clinicians are in-network with Humana, BCBS/NDBH, UBH, UHC, Optum, Cigna and Aetna. We are currently awaiting approval from KMAPP to offer services through the Medicaid state employee.
Speech-Language and Occupational Therapy Services: We are currently in-network for most local insurance companies and we accept private pay. Please contact us with any insurance questions you have.
