Who might qualify for in-home therapy?

We will specialize in serving at-risk populations that include children in foster care or Department of Children and Families (DCF) custody, individuals and families struggling with developmental delays, individuals and families facing end-of-life decisions. Many of our clients may also receive services through one of the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver programs, including Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED), Frail and Elderly (FE), Intellectual/Developmentally Disabled (IDD), Physical Disability (PD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).

What is the process?

We would not exist with the strong relationships we have formed with numerous referral sources, both individuals and organizations. Our referral network includes foster care agencies, schools, hospitals, medical clinics, legal practices, hospices, Community Mental Health Centers, Kansas Department of Children and Families (DCF), in-patient psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment facilities, managed care organizations and case managers serving the HCBS waiver programs.
