KidsTLC is striving to expand access to quality mental health in the Kansas City metro area and Kansas is on board! The Kansas legislature recently added $2 million to Gov. Kelly’s budget to assist Kansas Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities (PRTF) recruit and retain staff.
