Mark Siegmund has been a counselor for 27 years in Missouri, New Hampshire, and Kansas working extensively with children, adolescents and families. Mark has presented locally and nationally on Trauma-Focused Care, Youth with Sexual Behavior Problems and other topics such as Peaceful Parenting and Adolescent Development and Sexuality. Mark has worked with foster families and in residential care for over 20 years. He has formulated KidsTLC Autism Program which opened in 2012, and continues to work with a variety of distinguished experts in the field throughout the country.


Brandon Mock, ATR-BC, LPC, LCMFT

For more than 20 years, Brandon has worked in clinical and administrative capacities for organizations serving youth in psychiatric residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient behavioral health. In addition to overseeing psychiatric residential programming, he provides individual, family, and group therapy as well as consultation, education, and training for parents and mental health practitioners in working with youth who suffer from the effects of childhood trauma such as mood dysregulation, disrupted attachment, and challenging behaviors. Brandon received training and direct supervision by Daniel Hughes, PhD, the originator of Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) and is a certified DDP practitioner and consultant. Outside of work he spends most of his time enjoying his children’s sports activities. When time allows he likes to bike, run with his dog, and write/record music in his home studio.


Kelly English, LPC

Kelly English is a licensed professional counselor, with more than 10 years of successful experience in both residential and outpatient clinical therapy settings, as well as program development and administrative work. Kelly received her undergraduate degree from St. Louis University in Psychology with a minor in Education, and her Master’s Degree from the University of Kansas in Counseling Psychology.

Kelly oversees half of the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility, as well as the Sanctuary and Intensive Outpatient Program at KidsTLC. Within these programs, Kelly provides support and consultation to the therapists and program managers, as well as direct care staff. In addition to overseeing psychiatric programs, she provides individual, family and group therapy to adolescents with severe mental health and attachment issues through the outpatient program.
