KidsTLC offers parent support and education services to in order to provide networking and support systems through shared peer partnerships. With support from experienced parent liaisons and KidsTLC professionals, families are given opportunities to seek guidance, discuss personal experiences, share parenting approaches, and benefit from materials presented. Caregivers may also wish to privately discuss emotional and behavioral issues related to their children and families within a safe and confidential forum.

(The ADACEA program, delivered in Spanish, provides psychoeducation, training, and support to Hispanic families whose children are receiving services within KidsTLC’s programs, as well as families in the community at large.)

We offer a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team assessment process as well as single specialization assessments to identify your child’s needs in the areas of:
- social behavior
- language and communication
- fine and gross motor functioning
- sensory needs
- academic and adaptive functioning
Depending on your child’s needs, the assessment process may utilize questionnaires, observation, parent interview and direct assessment.
Currently, there is no fee associated with parent support and education services.
