Juvenile Offender Case Management

Juvenile Intervention Services for Juvenile Offenders offers a community-based intervention to youth and their families who seek to reduce risk of the youth re-offending pending his/her juvenile court process and Disposition by providing referrals and assisting with accessing the community-based resources, attending court hearings with the family and youth during enrollment into the program, and assisting the youth and families through the court process.  Case Managers meet face to face with each youth and family from 1-4 times each month based on the level of service needed.
