In only its second year, Women Fore TLC raised over $22,000 for TLC's programs! The event was expanded to include a Pre-Event Party on Sunday, July 17th. One hundred men and women gathered at Falcon Ridge to enjoy food and drink, listen to the Greg Richter Duo, bid on auction items, and hear the poignant TLC message. Emcee Dan Hurst, 98.1 KUDL Morning Show, proved a lively and talented auctioneer, squeezing out every last dime for an auction total of $8,500!
On Monday, July 18th, 45 women golfers attended clinics taught by David Brouillette (Falcon Ridge), Robin Nigro (Robin Nigro Golf), Diane Richey (Blackberry Trails) and Liz Smart (Overland Park Golf Course). A nine-hole scramble tournament, lunch, fashion show and awards followed.
